WHIZ

It's 5 am and I am sitting here realizing SXSW is next week and this year just feels like it is whizzing by. Most currently I am camped out in my living room under a blanket admiring the view. There is a litter of B's in the corner, some ER Vets type show on my TV and any casual viewer would be hard pressed to decide if I am pushing 15 or 30.

The good news is that I am nearly all settled into my new spaces. True, my stove still doesn't work (week 3), I desperately need a couch and I haven't sorted the clothes storage issue, but I feel like I am rooting away very nicely. B is proving to be a demanding fashion diva at the office and she and I are currently on the mat with WM. We are going green if it kills me.

It has been a good lesson in patience. I am not necessarily the most patient individual, and I am looking for some change. I want to work smarter. I want to travel more. I want to have the freedom to - explore myself. Doesn't that all sound like a cause you want to donate to? I feel like I am finally figuring some things out that most people learn closer to 15 and that maybe that is okay with me. Now I just want to hurry up and get there, where ever that might be.

Guess I should go back to bed and dream on that.
