CURRENT FASCINATION

I love science. I often do not fully grasp the nuances presented in journals, papers and other publications, but this does not stop me from being fascinated by the stuff. Equally fascinating is how one scientist can influence another towards a breakthrough. I love roaming the internet playing six degrees of web page separation, just to see what random tidbit I will land upon.

Today I found myself entrenched in Nobel Prize Winning DNA Research history. Where I was introduced to Rosalind Franklin, The Dark Lady of DNA. Then I ravenously devoured the story of Photo 51!
