FREEDOM VS. STATE

I find the timing of this ruling very interesting. I am not at all sure how I feel about it. While I cherish my freedom (of choice, speech and protection), I am certain that not all my American cohorts can handle it. Is this a case of the lowest common denominator leading the law? Or are we in support of the Supreme Court and have faith that the system can surely weed out those rogues who flaunt our freedoms like weapons?
